This 2-daycourse is designed to prepare response personnel and other responsible professionals to handle a mass fatalities incident effectivly by properly caring for the dead and the living--both responders and survivors.

Additional Information:

1) Parking will be on the north side of the building. If parking is full there is free parking behind the One Stop Shop gas station. 2) This multi-day course is supported with Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funding. You may request lodging reimbursement if you traveled an excess of 50 miles one way and an Iowa resident. ? Prior to start of class, email your lodging reimbursement request to HSEMDTraining@iowa.gov ? Lodging reimbursement is limited to the first 10 registrants who respond prior to start of class. ? Maximum lodging reimbursement will be State of Iowa rate of $80 + taxes = $89.60/night. 3) Meals are on your own. Please follow the current CDC guidelines, and if you feel ill, have a temperature, or have a sore throat, stay home.
