G 202 Debris Management Planning for State, Tribal, & Local Officials
This 3-day course is designed to enable participants to successfully plan for, respond to and manage debris operations resulting from a debris generating event. Interactive lectures, individual activities and small group activities will provide opportunities for participants to share ideas and ask questions.
Prerequisites: NONE
Target Audience: The course is designed for emergency managers, public works, finance, procurement and environmental officials who are responsible for planning, managing, and/or implementing debris removal and disposal activities from all types of disasters.

Additional Information:
1) Park in the NORTH parking lot and use the main entrance.
2) Travel and lunch is on your own - ample time will be allotted and there are a few options close by.
3) There is a microwave and refrigerator available, to include a cash-only snack and soda machine and a water bottle refill station on site.
4) This multi-day course is supported with Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funding. You may request lodging reimbursement if you traveled an excess of 50 miles one-way and are an Iowa resident. Requests are based upon available funding.
